Dr. Saffold is very professional and seems to genuinely care about his patient's well-being. This location is still working to get the same equipment as their other locations, as Dr. Thiel previously outsourced a lot of dental work through referrals to other doctors. With Dr. Saffold's expertise, and that of his colleagues (who will be working at this location on varying days) they plan to do many more procedures in-house. I was a bit hesitant at first, having been a patient of Dr. Thiel's for what seems like 20 years now, but I was pleasantly surprised by the change of atmosphere. I had the best experience. Love my new teeth. I’ve been going to this office for over 32years. I will miss Jo Ann she has cared for me for a long time. The new dentist made me feel very comfortable as I was nervous about getting a lot of work done. And he was funny. The staff is awesome. Debbi the receptionist even came and held my hand. I’ve known her forever she knows I love her, I tell her all the time. I highly recommend Custom Dental of The Colony.
